CakEry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing, or fraud prevention.
All prices on cak.ery.my are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. CakEry will make every reasonable effort to deliver on time, but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
CakEry delivers to Klang Valley (KL, PJ, Subang, Shah Alam, Puchong, Cyberjaya, and surrounding areas), Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, and Ipoh. Delivery fees vary by zone and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once a cake has been prepared and dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
CakEry works with vetted local bakeries to ensure consistent quality. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate remedy.
Custom message writing on cakes is available and subject to baker confirmation. CakEry reserves the right to decline messages that are offensive, inappropriate, or not feasible given the cake size and design.
